To ensure maximum live bacterial viability and cold-chain integrity, our primary delivery network covers key urban districts across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh:
📍 Telangana Region
Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Cyberabad, Warangal, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, and surrounding pin codes.
📍 Andhra Pradesh Region
Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Kurnool, and key pin codes.
Dispatch Timelines & Delivery SLA
- Brewery Dispatch: Orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our Yapral brewery within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Hyderabad & Secunderabad: Delivered within 24–48 hours of dispatch via express local courier.
- Rest of Telangana & AP: Delivered within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
- Weekend Transit Clause: To prevent live cold shipments from sitting un-refrigerated in courier hubs over Sundays, out-of-town orders are dispatched Monday through Thursday.
Cold-Chain Packaging & Refrigeration Notice
All beverage orders are shipped in insulated protective thermal sleeves with gel ice packs to maintain safe transit temperatures.
❄️ Immediate Storage Requirement Upon Receipt:
Please unbox your package immediately upon arrival and place all beverage bottles upright into a domestic refrigerator (2°C to 6°C) for at least 2 hours prior to opening. This stabilizes active carbonation.
Recipient Availability & Address Accuracy
Because live probiotic ferments are perishable food items, an authorized recipient must be available at the destination address to receive the package during delivery hours.
- Once a package is handed to our courier partner, delivery address changes cannot be accommodated.
- Kuku's is not liable for spoilage or carbonation loss resulting from un-collected packages left at apartment security desks or invalid shipping addresses entered at checkout.
