With a clinical background in dentistry and cosmetology, her passion expanded into the science of nutrition, gut health, and longevity—studying how everyday dietary choices influence energy, immunity, metabolic health, and healthy ageing.
While exploring the latest research in functional nutrition, she noticed a gap in the market: most "healthy" products either compromised on taste or relied on artificial ingredients and exaggerated claims. She envisioned a brand that combined scientific thinking with clean, honest ingredients and flavours people would genuinely enjoy. That vision became Kukus.
Today, Dr. Nikitha works alongside food technologists, nutrition experts, and researchers to create products that support everyday wellness through functional ingredients—without compromising on taste, quality, or transparency. So she started brewing real kombucha in her kitchen using native botanicals like Roselle and Nannari, with sugar levels a doctor could sign off on.
Friends asked for bottles, then friends of friends. Within months of launch, word spread rapidly across Hyderabad purely through passionate customer reorders, establishing the city's premier doctor-formulated kombucha brand.
We remain committed to small-batch brewing and tasting every batch. We choose live probiotic cultures over a 12-month shelf life every single time, because we still believe the core truth Dr. Reddy set out with on day one: food should love you back.
